A few things we want you to know regarding our shipping + return policies.


What are your shipping prices?

Our shipping fees are automatically added at checkout. You can see our wallpaper shipping fees by yardage below.

Do I need to sign for my package?

We recommend always receiving wallpaper with a signature required as we are often shipping to design studios or construction sites and want to ensure delivery in a timely manner. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select “signature required” or “no signature required.”

When will I get my goods?

The toughest part is the waiting! We ship all original art, in-stock product swatches and  orders within 1 - 3 days of receiving your order. Wallpaper lead times are between 4 - 6 weeks, in addition to transit time. We promise, it will be worth the wait!

Wait, I need my wallpaper quicker!

We can help. Contact us ( and we can discuss a rush order for you with our printer and provide you a custom quote.

I'm not based in the US and still want to place an order.

We are working on ship international, and hope to launch this in Spring 2022.


What is your return policy for purchases?

We are so happy you chose to order with us, and can’t wait to see Color Kind Studio products in your home. We hope they bring you as much calm, joy and creativity as they do to us as we create them. That said, we also realize that sometimes purchases just don’t work out.

If something has arrived damaged in shipment, please contact us at so we can work to resolve your issue.

Please note that ALL wallpaper and original art purchases are non-refundable and final. We strongly encourage you to order swatches of wallpaper prior to placing your order to make sure you love it as much in your space as you do on your screen.

All orders are quality reviewed prior to shipment. But all final responsibility sits with you, our customer. Any quality issues must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.

All of our designs are based on original art, and as such will have a slight variation in color and design. We love this part of the process and believe it enhances the experience you will have as you interact with your product in your own home.

What if my wallpaper has a flaw or what I received was incorrect?

All wallpaper its carefully inspected at our printer before it is shipped. However, if you find an error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Do not attempt to cut or install wallpaper until you check for correct pattern, color, quality and quantity. No cut yardage will be accepted for return.

Email us at within 5 business days of receipt to address any issues. Please include your name, delivery address, order number and any images of your product.
